What to expect
- A report that something breaks the content policy is looked at the day it arrives.
- A takedown notice is answered before anything else.
- Everything else: a couple of days. If a week goes by with nothing, send it again — mail does get lost, and we would rather have it twice than not at all.
What we cannot help with
- Support for a tool we list. We did not write it and we have no access to your account there. The tool's own page here has its links; its owner is who you want.
- Getting a tool listed by asking hard. Tell us it exists by all means — that is genuinely useful — but it gets listed on the same terms as everything else, or not at all. See how this site makes money.
Corrections
If a page here is wrong, tell us what and why, with a source if you have one. Corrections go in the changelog like everything else. Getting something wrong is not embarrassing; leaving it wrong is.
