Terms of use
These are the rules for using kink.ong. They are short because the site is simple: it is a catalogue that describes other people's tools, and there is very little you can do here beyond read it.
Who this site is for
kink.ong is written for adults. You must be 18 or over to use it.
Nothing explicit is published here. The site describes adult-oriented AI tools; it does not host what they make. Every page is safe for work: no nudity, no sexual acts, and anybody depicted is clearly an adult. That is a rule about this site, not a claim about the tools it lists — some of them will happily make things we would not print, which is the point of telling you what they are.
Before an outbound link to a tool that allows adult content, the site puts up a short page saying so. It is a courtesy, not an age check: it tells you what is on the other side and then gets out of the way.
What the site is
A catalogue and a set of notes. We describe what a tool does, what it costs, and what it says it does with what you type into it.
We are not any tool's author, agent or auditor. A listing is not a recommendation, and the absence of one is not a judgement. Prices, features and policies change without telling us; we check what we can on a schedule and show you when we last looked, but the tool itself is always the authority. Check there before you rely on anything here.
Some of what we publish is drafted by a language model and edited by a person before it appears — news summaries say so on the page. Nothing is published by a machine alone.
Accounts
Accounts are passkey-only. There is no password to steal, reuse or reset, and we could not tell you yours because we do not have one.
You are responsible for the devices holding your passkeys. Enrol at least two, so losing one is an inconvenience rather than a lockout. Accounts are invite-only for now, and an invite is for the person it was sent to.
We may suspend an account that is used to break the content policy, and we will say so in the audit log when we do.
Your content
Comments belong to you. By leaving one you give us permission to show it on the page you left it on, and to keep showing it there.
Nothing appears until a person approves it. We remove anything that breaks the content policy. If we take something of yours down and you think that was wrong, write to us and say so — we will put it back or explain why not.
What you agree not to do
Read the site, use it, link to it, quote it. What we ask you not to do:
- Scrape it at a rate that costs us money. There is a sitemap and an Atom feed; if you want the data in bulk, ask and we will probably just give it to you.
- Break into it, or try to. If you find a way in, tell us first and we will credit you.
- Use it to harass anybody, or to build something that does.
- Pass off our writing as yours. Quote it, link to it, argue with it — all fine.
What we do not promise
The site is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. We do our best to be accurate and we correct what we get wrong, but we cannot promise that a page is current, complete or right for your purpose.
We are not liable for what you do with a tool you found here, for what a tool does with what you give it, or for a tool behaving differently from what it says. Your dealings with a tool are between you and its owner.
Changes
These terms change when the site does. The version of this page is the version of the site, and every change is in the changelog. We do not quietly re-date a page and call it an update.
